With over 25-year international experience matured in institutional and corporate environments, Paolo has developed a multifaceted profile. Today, Paolo is a strategic and analytic thinker, influencing communicator and negotiator, creative enterpreneur and coach. Since 2005 he manages a wide and culturally diverse network of experts established around economic and political interests. In 2007 he co-funded the CIPI Foundation where he currently holds the position of Secretary General. Among his several institutional experiences, its worthed a mention the participation to the peacekeeping mission in Former Yugoslavia between 1991 and 1995, where he acted as staff member of the UNOG (United Nations Office at Geneva).
