A graduate in International Relations and European Studies, Valentina has conducted research in Romania followed by a period of Master in several European countries. Since 2006 she has been freelance analyst and collaborator with the CIPI Network and the· "Community Intelligence" team led by Prof. George Pór. Self-trained in website management and web 2.0 applications, she is among the founders of ecpa2.0 (European Center for Public Affairs 2.0), a forum of young professionals. Native Italian, she is fluent in English and French and has a fair knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
