The Foundation's by-laws declare a statement of purpose of bringing free, accurate and accessible information and knowledge on cutting-edge European and global issues.
The CIPI Foundation's stated goal is to develop and maintain open content, wiki-based projects and to provide the full contents of those projects to the public free of charge.
The CIPI Foundation owns the portals www.cipi-network.org and www.webeehive.com - the collective intelligence network.
In addition, the Foundation manages multi-language educational, training and coaching courses, and is the publisher of books, periodic reports and papers , and a collection of e-book texts.
